20-(Bromoacetamido-PEG3-ethylcarbamoyl)nonadecanoic-t-butyl ester is a PEG linker with a bromine and an alkane tail that has a terminal t-butyl ester group. The bromine (Br) can be used as a leaving group for nucleophilic substitution reactions. The t-butyl group can be deprotected under acidic conditions. It may also be used to prepare more complex lipids for nanoparticles for drug delivery. Reagent grade, for research purpose.
