FAM-11-UTP, 6-isomer is a uridine triphosphate molecule featuring a FAM dye label. This molecule is a nucleoside which is activated for the enzymatic labeling of nucleic acids within cells. With the addition of the fluorophore, the resulting RNA synthesized will fluoresce with excitation and emission maxima at 495 nm and 520 nm respectively.
